博多駅前にある20坪の土地に計画されたグラフィックなどクリエイティブな仕事をするオフィスビル。
製作室内の情報を守りつつ、来客に製作の様子を伝えたいという要望から、敷地中央に光庭を配置し、光庭を挟んで会議室と制作室を配置した。
また、その光庭は間口の狭い敷地の奥まったスペースに自然採光を届ける役目も果たしている。
制作室の天井高を4ｍとし、天井に仕上げをせず構造材を露出させ、開放的な空間を確保することにより、都会の中でも閉塞感を感じない空間が出来たのではないかと考えている。

A design graphics office with the land of 20 tsubo (66 sqm) located at front of Hakata Station. In keeping with the information inside the production room, we created an inner garden in the center, to tell the customers the state of production, with the conference rooms and production rooms are arranged surrounding the inner garden. In addition, the inner garden also plays a role for delivering natural lighting inside of the building.
With the ceiling height of the production room 4 m, the material of structure is exposed, created feeling of an open space even the location is in the center of city.
